Solve Staffing Challenges
MedCerts has partnered with District 1199C to help healthcare employers build a skilled and stable workforce through the use of registered apprenticeship programs (RAPs). Through this new partnership, employers can receive government funds to help build RAPs that address staffing challenges.
As a healthcare employer, you know firsthand the challenges of attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive industry. RAPs can be a valuable solution to these challenges by providing structured, on-the-job training that leads to improved skills and better client outcomes. In addition, RAPs can help reduce turnover and decrease recruitment costs for healthcare employers.
