Student Support: How MedCerts Complements Case Manager Efforts

Published on

It’s a big responsibility to match your clients with job training programs that will set them up for success and open doors to a brighter future. Plus, clients need help to finish their training strong and get hired. Working with an organization that has a built-in support system can lighten your load and help prepare your clients for a rewarding career.

Student Support From Day One

MedCerts supports WIOA students from the moment we’re connected with them.  From personalized guidance on the program enrollment that best fits their personality to Student Success Advisors who can assist with any learning challenges or questions, your clients will be guided through their program with ease.

Personalized Learning Support

With MedCerts, your clients will receive personal support to help them choose the best program fit. Healthcare and information technology (IT) are both in-demand fields, and MedCerts programs all lead to nationally recognized certifications. There are many different roles, making it so your clients will be able to find one that appeals to their interests and strengths.

As students progress through their program of choice, a Student Success Advisor will provide mentorship and encouragement, including guidance on study skills and time management. They’ll also receive technical support to address any issues they might have working with the platform or accessing their learning materials.

Career Services

MedCerts’ Career Center offers personal coaching, help with writing stand-out resumes and interview prep. Our extensive, nationwide network of industry partnerships can connect students with employers who are ready to hire.

Case Manager Support

The benefits of partnering with a training program with a proven track record, such as MedCerts, extend to you as well as clients. MedCerts Partner Solutions offers case manager support and reporting on your client’s progress to ensure you have the metrics you need.

Less Follow-up

When you know your clients are in good hands, you don’t have to do as much follow-up. If your clients are nontraditional or older students, they may have trouble getting back into effective learning routines. MedCerts is accustomed to working with nontraditional students and has the staff and programs in place to help them accomplish their goals. You’ll have more time to handle your other responsibilities.

Confidence Your Clients Will Be Career-ready

With MedCerts’ proven outcomes, you don’t have to worry that you’re recommending a program that will waste your clients’ time and WIOA funding. Your clients will have an easier time finding a job with industry-standard certifications. Our hiring platform helps them match with positions that require these certifications.

We work with employers who regularly hire our graduates, so they know they’re prepared.

Partner With a School That Supports You and Your Clients

At MedCerts Partner Solutions, our priorities align with yours. We know your ultimate goal is for each of your clients to graduate from their job training program with the skills to build a better life for themselves and their families. Nontraditional students often have unique needs. And every aspect of our programs — including a convenient online format,  hands-on curriculum and extensive career services — is designed to get your clients trained and employed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
