Our Growing Employer Partnership Network
We are constantly enhancing and developing workforce-aligned programs. And, importantly, expanding our connections with employers who want to hire your workforce participants.

Why Partner with Us?
We are fueled by outcomes
Our programs get jobseekers into better jobs, faster. We are entirely focused on making sure students and jobseekers complete programs, gain certifications and land in stable careers.
We evaluate our completion and certification rates to ensure students are meeting goals and that our training provides the best learning experience possible.
Finally, we work with national certifying bodies and issuing authorities to ensure our content aligns with industry standards and demands.

We meet learners where they are
We appreciate that students and jobseekers come from a wide-variety of backgrounds and often face unique challenges.
Our student support team, curriculum and personalized approach ensures students get what they need so they can rise up.
Plus, personal Student Success Advisors and Career Coaches reach out regularly to keep students on track.

We are commited to job seeker success
Our team is here to ensure students succeed. After we enroll a new student, our Workforce Development Managers will keep in touch with you and send progress reports to track progress.
These progress reports will help you understand each students’ academic record, completion rate and progress. This helps us work together to overcome any learning obstacles and help each person reach their career goals.

Apprenticeships
As an approved Department of Labor Apprenticeship intermediary, we work with employers to build their own apprenticeship programs and help students get the hands-on training they need. This is another way we are providing pathways to employment for your clients.
