MedCerts Partner Solutions collects and stores a variety of information from its website visitors. Some of this data is not personally identifiable and is collected and stored automatically via the use of cookies. Personal Information may include without limitation: name, address, email address, birth date, phone number, student ID, social security number, prior education, course enrollment/progress, grades, graduation status, financial status (tuition/fees balance). We will use a third-party email-sending service in order to communicate with you via any email address you choose to submit during the registration process.

MedCerts Partner Solutions works with a third-party processor to collect and store any credit card or other payment information. We do not store any credit card information from our users.

MedCerts Partner Solutions and some of our outside service providers do track and analyze performance on the Site in order to improve user experience using anonymized data. Such data may include: characteristics of your client system, such as IP address, browser type, system language, OS version, time zone and screen resolution metrics; the web pages that you visit in a specific website and the URLs of the web pages that referred you to that website; mouse movements, mouse clicks, scroll actions and keystrokes on the visited website; and any information you enter and submit to a specific website. As a result, if you choose to supply Personal Information (such as, but not limited to, name, address or contact information) on a website, such information will be collected by the Service. Additionally, we may collect session information, which is stored in cookies used to ensure accurate data is extracted from our systems. By supplying your contact information when requesting information or enrolling in one of our courses, you authorize MedCerts Partner Solutions and its agents (outsource calls centers and academic partners) to contact you (using the information you provide to us) about MedCerts or its agent’s products and services, including product releases and updates, seminars, events, surveys, trainings, and special offers. From time to time, MedCerts may be required to provide Personal Information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. Unless prevented by law, MedCerts will attempt to notify the student involved prior to any release of such information.

No mobile information (text messaging originator opt-in data and consent) will be shared with third parties/affiliates/business partners for marketing/promotional purposes. The opt-in is not transferable to another party involved in the process.


This Privacy Policy does not apply to third parties with whom you may become involved in the process of partnering with MedCerts Partner Solutions or in the process of seeking partnership. Furthermore, it is common knowledge that transmission of information via the Internet is not wholly secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to or through this website or any of our services. We do not sell products or services for purchase by anyone under the age of thirteen (13). In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we will never knowingly request or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13), without verifiable parental consent. Our goal is to respond to requests within 45 days. If we need another 45 days, we will advise the person making the request within 45 days after receiving the request.
